Knowbody's home, Knowbody Construction, and the manufacturer are required by the "Song-Beverly consumer warranty act" to warranty your new home for a year and ten days after your home is delivered.

All standard Silvercrest homes are built to meet "Energy Star" energy saving specifications.
All homes include the "SilverShield" 1+6 year component warranty program covering over 40 items. (see attached) This would be a considerable additional cost if you purchased aftermarket warranties for each item.

Factory built custom cabinetry with Solid end panel construction/fully lined with drawers over doors in Kitchens. Many choices of door styles and finishes.

Framing
The Silvercrest structural package is unique to all other Champion brand homes. It is difficult to quantify our framing differences without actual viewing the framed home on the production line. The difference is apparent when you compare the overall weight of a Silvercrest Home to the competition. Our single story homes typically range from 41 to 45 lbs. per square foot. This is substantially heavier than most due to a higher lumber content.
All framing lumber is kiln dried and retains less than 14% moisture content.
