Company history
Richard has been installing manufactured homes on private property and in parks for many years. First licensed in California in 1988, for a few years was also licensed in Oregon. (Cal. License # 538070)
Richard and Rhonda seeing their friends sold homes a year or more before they could get the permits to install the home, (Once delivered the mandatory one year warranty starts to run out),
Decided to also sell manufactured homes.
We now sell the full line of Fleetwood & Cavco Durango homes.
We do not have the expense of a "LOT" so we can pass the savings on to our customer.
